Oco 2 Full HD 1080p Wireless Security Camera System with SD Card support and Cloud Storage, Two-Way Audio and Night Vision, Video Monitoring Surveillance Camera (3-Pack)

Not sure if this widespread defect in the hardware/software but while the Oco 2 is powered off, the camera powers on itself automatically in the middle of the night and records the room without the owner’s knowledge. I am not sure if the camera is secretly remote accessed by someone, but at night I could see the IR light turning on automatically recording the room without the green led light indicating that it’s on. This happened on two new Oco 2 cameras straight out of the box. This happened multiple times and no notifications/alerts were ever sent to me or recordings were indicated on the cloud account. I was only able to catch and confirm this because the 5 sec recordings were stored on the SD card and I had to manually search the recording on ivideon to review these videos. I’ve been in touch with the tech support and they are trying to figure out why this is happening. Until this is addressed and fixed, I am giving 1 star.Update: 3rd replacement camera also had auto on problem and died less than 24hrs. Oco 2 tech says "There is every indication that the camera has a hardware malfunction since it doesn't communicate with the router any longer."I give "0 star" and I'm moving on.

Overall, fantastic set of features for the price. It's confusing with respect to setting up the cloud storage and exactly what you get included in the price. So there's certainly some polishing to do in terms of communication about how storage works with the product. I also wish it were possible to grant FULL access to another user, so that they can transmit their voice to the camera. As it is, only the main owner of the camera can access all of the features, and there's no way to grant access to ALL features to another person living in the home. Setting those aside, though, it's a great product, particularly in how it easily runs

I got this camera in October of last year. The picture was clear and in dark settings, it was bright enough where I can see the picture. A couple of months ago without me touching it or changing anything to it, the dark setting was no longer clear enough. You can hardly make out the subject because it was too dark. Even if the room was lightly dim it would go in and out to completely dark or switch back to a lighter mode. I would buy another brand and pass on this.

Oco 2 is great price to performance in door security camera. Small O&M makes it easy to mount. It sets up real quick with just a wifi connection and account/login set up. Free limited service. Local camera data storage required for off line backup. The 64 or 128 gB micro sdxc is not included, and a cost plus item. Camera is smart with motion triggering, color with day light, gray scale infrared when dark. Good quality images, 1080p.

I gave up on IP cameras. Oco was my last attempt.Oco 2 is a bit expensive, good hardware, promising features and a nice design.It is supposed to connect both WiFi networks. I have Google WiFi and it worked for about one week. After that, no more connection to the Wi-Fi. I called customer support, tried factory reset, etc, nothing worked. I ended up returning my Oco 2. Oco 1 worked fine but I was looking to buy cameras with better hardware spec.

Bought this as a replacement camera when Canary decided to back out all their free features in attempts to force people into their paid yearly subscription. We use it as a toddler cam and it’s great! Though the delay (2-3 seconds) is a bit annoying, it is a free feature. The picture quality is quite good and the camera itself is very low profile. It even includes a talkback function that most cameras don’t have. The audio quality isn’t spectacular, but again.... free. Overall, very pleased.

I lost my money on this product. Tec support tried to help me several times but to no avail. By the time I finally gave up trying to make it work, it was too late to return. We even got fiber optic installed and it still wouldn't work. I will not purchase from this company again.Update...Finally got product to work. It works pretty good but I think I'll try something else next time.

The set up is super easy to sync your cameras to the app on your phone, tablet or free ivideon software for your PC as well as free customer support -- I know, hard to believe. No monthly fees. The motion, sound detection and night vision are also great features as well as storage on the cloud or micro SD card.

This is a great little camera, lovely packaging and very simple to set up. Works perfectly, crisp picture. We are fully satisfied with this product, thank you, OCO!

Did not connect to the WiFi network after a few hours of operation. I returned.
