Check out Aruba Instant On AP11 2x2 WiFi Access Point | US Model | Power Source not Included (R2W95A) reviews, ratings, features, specifications and more at desertcart.in Review: It must work - This doesn't work in Canada I will be sending it back for credit Review: Very easy to manage and great performance - I’ve installed two of these APs in our RV, and like them so much I’m adding a 3rd one to provide coverage in the rear of the site. Unbelievably affordable at $65, and a snap to set up. The mesh network was up and running in under 5 minutes. The management interface is very useful; it’s got everything you need and really nothing that you don’t. It’s designed so that you don’t need to be a WiFi geek to get it to work, or to understand the performance data on the management screens I use a PoE injector to power them. Understand that these do NOT ship with any power supply. This is very important. You can buy a power supply for it, but I simply ordered a 2-pack of PoE injectors from desertcart and they work perfectly: https://smile.desertcart.com/gp/product/B07BNKG642/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The devices are all managed from an Android app, an Apple iOS app, or via a web browser. It’s very convenient to use a mobile app to walk around and do the installation and configuration. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend this product. Very happy and impressed with this product. ## Features - Smart mesh technology - 802.11AC Wave 2 2x2: 2 MU-MIMO radios - Remote MANAGEMENT and monitoring capability - Separate guest and Employee Wi-Fi network - Mobile app and cloud portal - Operating temperature 0° C to +40° C (+32° F to +104° F) ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07V3J4YDG | | Best Sellers Rank | #185,165 in Computers & Accessories ( See Top 100 in Computers & Accessories ) #179 in Wireless Access Points | | Box Contents | Product Insruction | | Brand | Hewlett Packard Enterprise | | Brand Name | Hewlett Packard Enterprise | | Colour | White | | Compatible Devices | Laptop, Personal Computer, Smart Television, Smartphone | | Connectivity Protocol | Wi-Fi | | Connectivity Technology | Wi-Fi | | Control Method | App | | Coverage | Mesh Network Compatible | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 107 Reviews | | Data Transfer Rate | 867 Megabits Per Second | | Frequency | 5 GHz | | Frequency Band Class | Dual-Band | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00190017363110 | | Is Modem Compatible | No | | Item Weight Unit of Measure | 499 g | | LAN Port Bandwidth | 10/100 megabits per second | | Manufacturer | hp | | Manufacturer Part Number | R2W95A | | Model Name | R2W95A | | Model Number | R2W95A | | Number of Ports | 1 | | Operating System | RouterOS | | Other Special Features of the Product | Remote Access | | Special Feature | Remote Access | | UPC | 190017363110 | | Voltage | 12 Volts | | Wireless Communication Standard | 802.11ac | | Wireless Compability | 802.11ac | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Hewlett Packard Enterprise - **Frequency Band Class:** Dual-Band - **Model Name:** R2W95A - **Special Feature:** Remote Access - **Wireless Communication Standard:** 802.11ac ## Images ![Aruba Instant On AP11 2x2 WiFi Access Point | US Model | Power Source not Included (R2W95A) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51dK-3hRbVL.jpg) ![Aruba Instant On AP11 2x2 WiFi Access Point | US Model | Power Source not Included (R2W95A) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81uALg5nLUL.jpg) ![Aruba Instant On AP11 2x2 WiFi Access Point | US Model | Power Source not Included (R2W95A) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71+UYqh+gpL.jpg) ![Aruba Instant On AP11 2x2 WiFi Access Point | US Model | Power Source not Included (R2W95A) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71o6zqNTADL.jpg) ![Aruba Instant On AP11 2x2 WiFi Access Point | US Model | Power Source not Included (R2W95A) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/715jTaV7LNL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: does this require any controller software?** A: There is direct web management or using mobile app. iPhone: https://apps.apple.com/in/app/aruba-instant-on/id1466073930 Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.arubanetworks.InstantOn **Q: This device worka out of the US?** A: This is the US model which complies with US regulatory requirements. For outside the US, in most places, the correct model is designated RW for Rest of World. It may be a violation of local rules to use a US model in other countries. I'm not aware of the RW models being offered on Amazon. (note - I'm an Aruba employee) **Q: Is the voltage used by the power adapter 110-240 V?** A: This is a POE device, so the POE power supply runs on 110 V, and then sends the power the WAP - not 110V it is a step-down Power converter the WAP uses DC Power over Ethernet (POE): 802.3af (class 3) Max power consumption (worst-case): 10.1W (PoE), 8.8W (DC) DC power (12V) **Q: Is this vlan 802.1q aware? can i tie multiple ssids to vlans?** A: Yes. You can easily assign vlan ID’s from the web portal. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ It must work *by B***E on 18 December 2024* This doesn't work in Canada I will be sending it back for credit ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very easy to manage and great performance *by J***M on 15 April 2020* I’ve installed two of these APs in our RV, and like them so much I’m adding a 3rd one to provide coverage in the rear of the site.
