Not meant for ice cream
Works well for fruit balling and soft serve, but is terrible at scooping ice cream. This is not an ice cream scoop. Scooping mechanism tends to break when scooping ice cream, and can be put back together, but only with time and patience, and not strength.

Average quality, very difficult to handle thicker dough.
Good for light use. Softer icecream or cookies.. Tougher doughs feel like its straining too hard and might break.

The metal looks like it is flaking off by where the gears run. Seems like a lower quality than I was expecting.
