HTC Vive Pelican Travel & Storage Case by Base Reality

The downside to this is that it's very expensive. I have tried getting a few cases for my HTC vive and none are as good as this one. Definitely worth the money for that extra protection. I tried searching everywhere for a cut out and only pelican provided it. Getting a simple case with pluck and pull foam doesnt even compare to this one bit.

While it is expensive, this is by far the best case you can get: the cutouts are perfectly shaped to hold everything you need for your setup with no wiggle room whatsoever, and feels extremely sturdy. If you’re considering taking your VR setup anywhere other than your home or even travelling with it, get this! Works great with the Vive Pro, too!

OK, this is a really nice case. It is well laid out, and has plenty of room for any extra things you may want to bring with. Everything fits together well, and all accessories fit snugly.Thanks for a great product!

Plenty of room for all the plugs, wires, and whatnot. Headset fits with plenty of room for the audio strap. Tough enough for checked luggage.

I didn't get this, I bought a standard pelican case, and it was the cheaper option, you just have to pull out the foam to arrange as necessary (I got mine to fit easy with the deluxe audio strap as well. Works great for me, I just put all the extra cords in the carrying case with my tripod stands.

Overpriced in every possible way. Buying this would be a huge waste of money.

This case is bigger than the pictures make it look. There's a lot of room in this case! The custom cut foam is fairly good quality; doesn't feel like it will wear or tear easily. There's hard-back plastic on the back of the first insert to keep the form together. The pelican case is what you'd expect; a hard shell of plastic to keep rough damage on the outside. Ships with all the standard pelican documentation, as well as a hand-written "Thank You" from Base Reality. How nice!Only feedback would be some cheap paper inserts to identify what is stored where, but you'll probably figure it out. Also would love to see a model that can support two tripods.Great product for traveling. I don't think I'll be carrying this on a flight with me (its about as big as a rolling suitcase, maybe a tad wider and shorter) but I'm very confident the rough housing from the loaders can be handled, and that's saying a lot! Will update if there's any issues flying but I don't see it happening.
