The construction & quality seem solid and should prove to be adequate for any trauma medical kit. (Study it's use!)
The quality of construction seems solid. You want a tourniquet that can be put on tightly and LEFT ON until the patient's reached proper ER/Trauma Center. I consider this and a good Israeli Bandage to be essentials in any REAL medical kit. Learn the differences in their use, they're not interchangeable and could literally mean the difference between saving life and limb.
