The travel distance of the pin that engages the shutter is over an inch. Entirely unnecessary length. Also, it sticks repeatedly, leaving the shutter depressed. Adjusting so that it doesn’t do this is difficult and you’ll never know what you’re getting. It was absolutely useless from day one. Threw it out. Cheap! **Q: how do you retract the pin on the end so that it can be screwed into the shutter button?** A: By clicking on the shutter release button and the pin will retract. **Q: Will this work on a Mamiya c330 and Leica M3?** A: No, it did not work with my Mamiya c330. The internal pin gets caught inside the sleeve and will only activate if you stretch the tube straight which is in front of your lens and blocks your shot **Q: Does it work with a Yashica Matt?
