Delicious shake made with Chai flavor. I like it ice cold. Good value for the money. Easy to transport. My dietary concerns is I am limited in the amount of Protein I can eat in a day. Most other nutritional drinks have way too much protein for my problem. Atkins has the best good tasting shakes at a protein amount that is perfect for me. And they taste really good.
