Above Edge 4 Tier Metal Shoe Rack, White

I was pleasantly surprised it works great and so easy to assemble.

The item arrived with all the pieces taped together with masking tape. Not in a box and zero protection. As a result, one of the legs was severely bent. Three of the four rubber pieces on the bottom of the legs were missing too.Obviously, I am returning the item but it looked seriously flimsy as there is no hardware holding the shelves and the legs together. The shelves seem to just sit on the two legs and possibly held together by the tension of the shelves. Since the item arrived broken, I didn't even get to find out. Oh and there were no instructions either.

The above Edge AE18405B 4 Tier shoe rack is ok. It's is made from metal and has a durable coating on it. It's is easy to assemble. This shoe rack isn't built to be moved around alot and is not meant for boots. I have to take a star away for poor design/construction since this could have been made to be more sturdy with the quality materials that have been used to make this product. Taking another star away for price, even though the price on this rack is low it should be lower due to bad design. And I'm taking another star away for the way I recieved it, there was no packaging for this tack and was just moving around freely in a shipping box.

No tools required and easy to assemble.

I received my shoe rack but it was missing the 2 footers. I didn't realize you only had 30 days to return it and now I've had it 34 days. I don't want it to scratch my floors but now I'm stuck with it.

I tried to assemble it in many ways to make sure I wasn't doing it wrong. It wobbles a lot, leans to one side and I am sure it will fall apart if move it even a little bit.
