I've been using Keeps Thickening Pomade regularly, and it's become one of my go-to styling products. Since I have a receding hairline, I wanted something that would add texture and make my hair look a little fuller without feeling heavy or greasy. This pomade does exactly that. It provides a natural matte finish with enough hold to keep my hair in place while still looking natural.A little goes a long way, and it washes out easily at the end of the day. I also like that it's made with biotin and doesn't contain ethanol or propylene glycol. The travel-size container is convenient to toss in a gym bag or suitcase. If you're dealing with thinning hair or a receding hairline and want a styling product that helps create the appearance of thicker hair, this is definitely worth trying.

It does give hair a thicker look as advertised, mostly by giving it some hold and the ability to stand up instead of lying flat, especially if you have straight hair.It’s not greasy, dries almost immediately, and has almost no smell (contrary to some reviews).In my experience, it’s natural “science-backed ingredients”—saw palmetto, green tea, caffeine—don’t do anything for hair growth and it’s not clear they do anything to prevent further loss either, but it doesn’t advertise it does anything other than giving hair a thicker look, hence the five stars for “works as advertised”. The ingredients are to my knowledge “scientifically suspected “ to have some effect.For just the thickening function, it’s a bit on the expensive side, but I also need to only use a tiny bit each time, so it lasts a good year for me with daily-once use. Applying more doesn’t seem to do anything more useful.

Just don’t overuse it — more product does not equal more volume (learned that the shiny way).Slightly pricey, but if you want natural-looking thickness without grease or stiffness, it delivers.Basically: not wizardry, just solid styling. And honestly, that’s enough.

This really is amazing and a little goes a LONG way. It’s really fluffy looking, almost like whipped cream when you open it, but of course mostly solid. It provides dramatic lift for your hair and helps the look of thinning hair. I like how it is so easy to style and doesn’t have a chemical smell the other things have. As for instilling nutrients to encourage hair growth is still debatable but I use Rogaine foam and it is working and also I use that by itself a lot of the time. This stuff is very slippery so make sure you have soap right next to it. Hope it helps you.
