Had them for a while now, really good kitchen tool. Much better than the hinge type.

Squeezes your bags
Nice and simple. Does exactly as required.Coming from an old-style bowl strainer, it is taking a few days to get the hang of picking the bags out. The steel is thin enough to make them flexible and strong enough to get a good squeeze on. Probably they would bend, but only if you to were trying hard to completely flatten the bag.Would recommend paying the extra pound to get the large ones as they just about fit a standard square tea bag.
