A good quality, low cost cable.
This review for BNC Male to Alligator Clips Test Cable Lead 50 Ohms 39' / 1 m.The item arrived in an unlabeled plastic bag. Th cable itself is not labeled for manufacturer, gauge, or spec. The cable is exactly as pictured, I even received the certificate in the last picture. The cable is 40-1/2” end to end. The Y for the alligator clip leads is just over 6” from the end. The main cable wire is .157” in diameter and the lead wire is .110” in diameter. The resistance on each lead measured .1 Ohm (1/10 of an Ohm). The BNC connector is well formed and fit my oscilloscope tightly. Strain reliefs are provided both at the BNC end and the Y split. The alligator clips are soldered to the wires and their covers are .021” thick. The clips are 1/2” deep and open to 3/16” when the jaws are straight. When inverted they can reach 3/8” wide at their tips. The bottom line....It's not quite as nice as a cable by Pomona or Fluke but it's still pretty good quality cable given it's low price. Cost ($6) and value considered I gave it five stars. I would buy it again and recommend it to a friend.

Lightweight cables, small, narrow alligator clips tend to spin in my fingers. Decent build, job done at a reasonable price.
This is a review for AST Labs BNC Male to Alligator Clips Test cables. I am not compensated for my reviews in any way. These were less impressive than I expected after reading the AST Labs description here and one the AST Labs site. I purchased there to connect the output of my arbitrary function generator to the inputs on a breadboard. When I tested them using one cable for generator output and another for oscilloscope input I noticed the vertical height of the sine and square waves was substantially higher than a properly terminated bnc-bnc connection. But that was fine because the signal arrived as expected and I could adjust the levels. But attaching the clips takes a little more patience than I tend to have after long hours in the workshop. They are very narrow clips which tend to flip over on their side as I squeeze them. I know narrow is an advantage in tight spaces, but the jaws are what I'd prefer to be narrow, now the opposite end where you squeeze to open the jaws. The covering also seemed slippery so they really tended to move around on my fingers. But, they work. The signal variation didn't get them a sing at all, even if it means I need to adjust the generator when I use them. But the handling of the clips will be a pain and I hope I get used to it over time or the tendency goes away with use.

Good Value
Nice flexible cable. Molded strain relief on BNC end should prolong life.

Works good, and is very useful
I bought some of these BNC to alligator clips for use with our SYSU x MannLab Scientific Outstrument™ lock-in amplifier, and they work quite well.At first I was not sure if they would work too well, since they are relatively low-cost, but I have had no problems with them.
