Foldable Lightweight Rollator Walker

Great product. On time - good price, easy assembly. Bad factory packaging . Right break assembly broke when trying to open rollator to use. I think it was damaged when shipped from China. Amazon packed correctly & it was delivered with no visible outer damage. Returned to Amazon & ordered another one. Will keep you update.

This Rollator is incredibly designed and so handy to use and operate. More, even beyond that, is the unbelievable Customer Service provided by Wes Care Supply, Inc. I had a unexpected problem with my Rollator after using it for sometime. I emailed Wes Care. They replied in one day. Then, within one week, Wes Care Supply, Inc. COMPLETELY resolved the issue and I was totally blown away by their solution! I am still Amazed and I am sure you will be too! I cannot say enough good things about this company.
