Not sure what to comapre it to, but it was nice.
The Velcro part would get itchy sometimes, but I noticed a difference between when I wore it and didn't wear it.

I can't believe how much support this belt really gives me! I've had back problems all my life, and now with the pregnancy my back is killing me. Although my Doctor recommended for me to wear one, I wasn't so sure about it. But, I can say I am surprisingly pleased with it. I can recommend it!
