It will find you when you're ready
I originally was given this book when I did a solo backpacking trip in Thailand and over the year I lost it. My husband happened to order this and when I saw it, I was very amazed how it found itself to me again.I have experienced the ALL before during a journey, so following along with this book was easy. It felt like it was putting words to my experience, which was very comforting to me. I like to cook a lot so my husband ended up buying the audible version for me and I kept the hard copy to hand down to my brother since I know he is also awakening on his journey and this will have a profound paradigm shift for him. If you happen to stumble upon this book then I encourage you to buy it and read or listen to it because it WILL find you when you're ready.

This book is changing the way I view the world
As many have said if this book finds you, it is for a reason. I have been spending the last few months studying what this book has to say and it is extremely eye opening for me. Spending time meditating after each chapter is definitely important to be able to soak in the information. I still go back and read through chapters even though I have not finished it all the way through yet. This is hardly a light read. This is something I will be studying for some time.

Print margins are too small to read... Cheaply produced
The media could not be loaded. It's really unreadable in it's current layout.

(Almost) the best book in the world. Beware of changes in editions. Also get 'The Arcane Teaching' with this!
This would be probably the best book written in the 20th century - maybe even in all of human history - but the author (William Walker Atkinson) made the same error as the theologians did and ascribed a human quality to The All. I won't go into details concerning this error, but if you want to find out, go read his follow-up book titled The Arcane Teaching. He makes the correction and even sorta "admits" to the previous mistake... The ALL is NOT Mind! Go read it and you'll agree! Trust me.Anyway, this specific edition of The Kybalion I got was claimed to have been an "updated and revised edition" by White Crane Publishing. This was an outright lie in more than one way.Commas have been inserted where they should not belong and commas which were originally in incorrect places have not been corrected. Also, the original American English spellings of certain words written by the author were changed into the British English spellings, which is downright unacceptable and disrespectful! I fully expect for books originally written in British English to remain in British English and vice versa. There should have been a note to let buyers know about it before purchasing this edition. Well, I guess my review will serve as this warning if anyone even reads it...This edition is also missing the "for further reading..." section at the end.I'd give it 4 stars for the book itself but 2 stars for this atrocious edition. 3 is the average.

Thought provokeing
I had read a book about fifteen years ago called "thinking and destiny being the science of mankind" by H.W. Percival and was blown away by it but it was so intellectually new to my thinking that it was at the time hard to understand for the larger part. Now fifteen years latter I have a great grasp of that book and this book on hermetic philosophy has opened my eyes to what I was learning back then. The ideas in the Kybalion are , on a superficial level, quite obvious however deep thought about the inner meanings and the implications that the realizations have not just to your own life and way of thinking but your part in the grand reality will reveal some very interesting insight and may even change your mode of thinking which will alter the choices you make in life. The most fascinating fact about this work is that it is derived from knowledge that was known thousands of years ago which science itself is only now beginning to dawn upon. I see this book as a cliff note version of the Hermetica. Maybe that is the wrong way to state it but it's the easiest way to make a short description.I would definitely suggest this book. The single drawback , and only one , that I see is the thinness of the volume but there is so much solid philosophy in it's 112 pages that you realize that to judge a book by it's size is ridiculous. You may not agree with some of the heavier ideas in this book such as it's view of reincarnation (I do not believe in it personally) but you will glean much self awareness from the bulk of it's teaching.

Great read! Very eye opening.
I really enjoyed this book. It's a great supplement to general higher education. I like the insight it gives in terms of everything being connected, and the examples given are plain and understandable. It helps connect the dots of a lot of other bodies of knowledge.

Poor font & spacing
Horrible font and the cover looks as budget as a school homework project.Buy another version from another seller, not this one.

For someone who reads into and listens to Zen lectures ...
For someone who reads into and listens to Zen lectures, or other mystical works, this book carries very little substance, and was, to me, a huge dissappointment in what new wisdom I thought I would find inside - but did not.To someone uninitiated in non-dual wisdom, this book would probably be amazingly eye-opening to them. Unfortunately it seems I've been spoiled by the likes of Alan Watts.;)The text is written in an up-tight intellectual manner, not one of enjoyable, engaging experience, which any approach to a discussion of truth should be. The kybalion
A very interesting book that takes you deep into the beginning of it all. It’s not much focused on detailing everything as it’s more open for the reader to take it down his spiritual path. A very nice read indeed.

This book contains some great ideas!
Everything in the book may be made up by W.W. Atkinson, but I found some of the ideas in this book really simple but also very useful especially when it comes to thinking about many things! I particularly found the idea that “All truths are Half-truths” very helpful when reading Philosophy books! I think the idea is probably a form of ‘Global Scepticism’!

Poor editing
I'm not rating the content, which is absolutely superb, but the quality of the kindle edition, which is quite poor because full of typos and mistakes, which make some statements unclear.
