My laptop's original battery was giving me 20-30 of run time, so I needed a new one. After replacing it with the Duliing battery, I am now up to about 2 hours. This is actually good, since I am a software developer and hit it quite hard with CPU & disk use, running a couple virtual machines, plus some attached peripherals. With usage more typical of most, such as email and web surfing, my battery life would be quite a lot higher.The first battery I received from Duliing did not work properly. But they refunded my money very quickly, and prompted me to try another one free of charge. Knowing that failures can happen with any hardware device, I agreed.Bottom line: Outstanding customer service and a very good product. Compared to an OEM battery at about $100, this is a bargain.

I bought this battery on March 3, 2017.First 6 weeks was OK then performance degraded.After 6 months The battery was able to hold only for 1 hour. And then a few weeks later few minutes (5-10 minutes maximum)Today January 13, 2018, not even 1 full year and it is dead like a doornail.

I get less than an hour of use on a full charge
