If you set it up to max speed 15 feet away it’s equivalent to being ready on 102 mile an hour pitch. My son‘s batting as greatly improved. He now has to learn how to wait instead of be early. Don’t let the small size fool you my 12u 105# son can hit a ball 240 feet.
