Remote Citronella No Bark Dog Training Collar, Effective and Humane with Spray, Vibration, Tone

It works but I need something more. I know this is for training so have to carry the remote with you always. Great on weekends when I'm home but then during the week hound-mix has nothing to curb his barking. Wish it had remote function as well as automatic for those times I'm not home. But for the money it was a good buy.

New replacement battery literally lasted 2 days in the collar, replaced and lasted one day. Product is off when not on the dog (off 23 hours a day). Some malfunction is happening.

I really really love this collar! The remote controller is easy to use and comes with a cord that you can put on your wrist . I like that there is one big beep button, two levels of buzz, and two levels of spray and all have easy buttons to press. My first one started spraying after putting in a new battery and they sent me a brand new one! That was really great. My only complaint is that I wish it was rechargeable. The batteries it comes with last for about 2 weeks each (use of about four hours each day). I found good replacement batteries [greenyellowblue generic alkaline] after some trial and error, and have not found a spray, beep, buzz alternate that is rechargeable. I barely use the spray option but my doggy responds really well to the beep and buzz levels. I've tested some of the shock collars that have beep and buzz as well but they aren't as easy to use! Still searching! But this one is great!

It works yes and I really like that it comes with a remote (could not find any other spray collar with it)The first collar I ordered did not work from the beginning, I got it replaced.... the second one worked but just for a short time (It wouldn't spray anymore, the red light blinked constantly even with new battery and full spray) I got that one replaced too which was nice. The 3rd one I got worked 2 Weeks, then again the same problem! So I do not recommend this spray collar - I called and asked for support on how I can fix it but got no help!

It does work; however, the spray does not last long enough to be worth it, nor effective.

I got this to discourage my dog from eating poop at the dog park and I couldn't bear to shock him., The citronella squirt works great and he has become reluctant to stoop for poop. After the first few vibrations, however, he didn't seem to care. Maybe he has too much hair or he found the sensation interesting., But the citrus squirt is wonderful and I have the desired result I was looking for

The citronella component is the most effective and worked for a while so I bought two collars cuz I have 2 100 lb. dogs. Bad move on my part. You have to change the batteries too frequently. Also after 1.5 months of use the citronella sprayer doesn't work, but the electric shock does. Will not buy again.
