I have brought a Oculus quest 2 and my right oculus controller is not tracking no matter what I do, I have tried almost everything for troubleshooting but it does not work. I reached out to oculus support and they said that I have tried everything and that I need to get a replacement but they can’t do it because I live in UAE and they don’t ship here, any help would be good!

I was looking for something to dock and charge the headset and controllers at the same time for a low price. This thing is exactly that.It charges fairly quickly, and wasn't too terrible to assemble. Getting the controllers lined up took a few minutes each, but since you only ever have to do it once, it was worth the time.

Have only had it a couple of months an the rechargeable batteries that come with it are dead already

I bought 2 of these. One of them has stopped working entirely. Also the lights are very confusing, as they have GREEN lights that stay on all of the time, even when the headset isn't on the unit. The light turns orange when it's charging. Difficult to know when the unit is charged because you don't know if the unit was actually charged correctly or just not fitting snug on the unit--both of which will provide a green light.
