LS Swap Camaro Firebird Headers 1982-92(Third Gen F-Body) LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6

The header do fit the engine and the Irocs frame but if you have an automatic trans they will hit the trans linkage. Call speed engineering and they were no help. Just that I could return them if they was no scratches on them. Good luck getting headers in without a scruff or a scratch. So my 4l60e trans linake needes to be modified and I have to find a way to protect the safty switch on the side of the trans. It's made of plastic. If you have a 6 speed they are great. Not worth it if you have and automatic. The headers are built very nice but the shape is wrong.

Headers are EXTREMELY cheap. Took a chance and figured why not? I could always buy better ones if needed! Installed them in my 89 Camaro that’s LS1 swapped and they fit snug! Great fitment, great price and welds aren’t half bad!ALSO! I have an auto transmission and the driver’s side header does cut it close to the gear selector linkage however! Any good exhaust shop can work around it. My exhaust shop installed slip-on connectors and welded right around my subframe. EASY!Obviously, if you have the money, get the hooker true duals but if it’s not that big of a deal to you (like me) or want to try something new, these are WAY worth the investment. We will see how long they last now!

These headers work great very nice for the price. Fittment was great they give you room for the spark plugs and wires. The hardest part was getting the passenger side header in you either have to lift the engine up, lay the header in before installing the engine or do what i did and message the fire wall a lttle with a hammer. The drivers side went right in no issues everything clears nicely!!! (1990 camaro 5.3L LS t56 swap)

Good quality headers for the price. Everything fit great. Time will tell but I'm happy with purchase.
