Hosyond 2.8 Inches TFT LCD Touch Screen Shield Display Module 320x240 SPI Serial ILI9341 with Touch Pen Compatible with Arduino R3/Mega2560 Development Board

After libraries were installed and wired the LCD screen correctly to my Arduino UNO, all I got was a blank white screen. No matter what I did—installing new libraries, reconnecting every pin, going through youtube videos to find solutions—it still only displayed a white screen. Had to return it because I suspect something is either wrong with the test case codes they provide or the LCD screen itself is faulty. Documentation was fairly confusing too.

Nice little display. I didn't like their touch driver but was able to use a dofferent one.

I used this initially with arduino uno and it didn’t work. Then I got the esp32-s3 and only got it to partially work with the st7789. The text was mirror imaged. My copilot was telling me it would never work with the ILI driver, that it was a “dud,” but eventually it did finally work, when I wired the LED pin to pin 39, rather than 3.3v. I had to look up the correct wiring on the ESP website. You’ve really got to get the wiring right.

I ordered this to compare the programming of the TFT Display to the CYD displays. The link to the website provided interesting but incomplete information. I was able to learn the most about the displays from the Random Nerd Tutorials. I am very satisfied with the product and would purchase them again in the future.

The LCD works great comes with a stylus which makes it easier to select items on the screen. I used it with an ESP32-S3 and a GPS module for ESP marauder. The only downside is that it has a full size SD slot so the memory sticks a bit far off of the display.
