10 ✨ stars. I suffer from fibromyalgia, and try to control it with supplements, clean diet and exercise. I have been taking 5-HTP to help with sleep and other symptoms. I have tried three other brands and None of the other brands can compare to Lifes Secret's. While the others helped with the sleep, the extended release formula on Life Secrets worked better than advertised as it gave me the energy and the feeling of wellbeing that I need and right now I am going through a flare up. This is my happy pill. I wish I can give a bottle to everyone I know. This truly a secret that I want to share. I can't wait to try some of their other products. Amazing product!!!

I don't know what to say about product as I have mixed feeling about it. I will say that once I started taking it I started to have vivid dreams and terrible nightmares about all different kinds of things. My quality of sleep was not good. I would wake up in the middle of the night from bad dreams. I stopped taking it and the nightmares stopped and my sleep improved. Maybe I was having an adverse effect or my body didn't like it. Whatever it was this stuff is not for me.
