This bracket is a simple 3D printed shape that come with 2 screws to mount it to the wall. You can see the lines on the bracket from a somewhat crude 3D printer- but overall it still fits the eero and holds it fine. There is a square cutout in the bottom of the bracket that give you access to the Ethernet, USB, and power ports.Note- the picture they have here doesn't show any of the cables attached, and it isn't really possible to get this clean of an install with just these parts. In the main image here, the ports are on the top of the eero, so the best way to mount it is probably going to be with the ports facing down, and thus the eero logo upside down. This will help keep the eero secure in the bracket since the cables will help pull it downward. You probably could mount it with the cables coming out of the side, but you'd need to secure the cables in a way that it doesn't eventually rock the eero out of this bracket. For my setup, mounting the eero on a wall actually has helped with signal penetration. Eero has positioned the antennae in a way that it radiates best out of the thin sides of the router, and also upward with maybe a small void right above the dome- so placing it on the wall has helped me get a better signal downstairs since this unit was on the upstairs corner of my house. I have it mounted on the wall so now the bottom of the eero is facing the outside wall of the house where I don't really need the signal.$25 is pretty steep for a 3D printed bracket and 2 screws, but since I don't have my own printer I'm glad that someone is at least offering this as an option.

A middle school 3D print project done at the local library
A middle school 3D print project done at the local library. That is what this looks like, add the 2 drywall screws taped together with masking tape, shipped in a flat rate USPS box, and you get the picture. It fits but this has got to be the most poorly made products I've seen from Amazon ever. From a brand management point of view, if I was Eero or Amazon I would be none too happy.

Perfect for 1st or 2nd generation eeros
I have three 2nd generation eeros and two needed to be mounted, I ordered one mount to check them out first. It's perfect and I will definitely be ordering the second mount.
