Yes, the spring is already in the boot, just pop the old one off and twist this new one on and you are good to go

Will this fit for a 2011 F150 3.5L Ecoboost?

They fit on my 2012 f150 ecoboost, so I believe they would fit on the 2011 as well but not 100% certain
