If you are looking for an effective way to release tension and alleviate muscle pain, these massage tools are definitely worth considering. I have found trigger point myofascial release treatments to be incredibly helpful yet extremely challenging to perform on yourself. These tools make this problem, for the most part, a thing of the past. If you are not already familiar, I would highly recommend looking into trigger point and myofascial release treatments it has been extremely helpful for me as an athlete to alleviate pain. An older but good book with useful illustrations for this type of therapy is, "The Manual of Trigger Point and Myofascial Therapy" by Dimitrios Kostopoulos PT PhD.What I really love about these massage tools is their simplicity and effectiveness. Each of the three pieces is versatile and well-designed, making them useful for specific techniques and areas of the body. I particularly appreciate the longer piece, which has been instrumental in helping me to effectively treat hard-to-reach areas and get into areas deep, like the hip flexor. Overall, I am very pleased with the results I have seen using these tools and would definitely recommend them to others looking for a way to relieve muscle pain and tension using this type of treatment.

I'm not even joking when I say: these tools are incredible. I wasn't expecting much - just some plastic tools to test out on my sore back and neck. But instead I got an absolutely amazing pain reducing tool that I plan to use all of the time.Put the thumb tool on your neck and shoulders. Just do it. It feels amazing. My neck was almost locked up earlier this week, and the thumb completely released my shoulder/neck area. Complete release! Saved me $75 going to the chiro.

My fiancee and I tried using these on each other's backs. We found all three to be easy to hold, particularly the green and blue ones since they have finger grips molded into them. We both like how they feel on our backs. Our favorite is the black one since it covers three spots at once. I think the blue or green one will be good for knots I get in my back and shoulder from muscle spasms. They're pretty rigid; they don't flex when pushed on, which is good so you get maximum force into the area you're massaging.

I use these for my husband and I when we’ve had a long day and they help a lot! Out favorite one is the thumb the green one since it’s easy for us to hold and you get a great massage with it. The 3 legged knob helps to relax and blue one helps on those areas where we feel a little pain or discomfort since you can deeply massage the area with it.

Pretty good to get into the nooks and grannies. Can't go wrong for ten bucks. Oh just realized i typoed but that is also true I suppose. Old people probably need it the most :) It really allowsyou to apply as much pressure as your strength and tolerance allows.Its always without a doubt much nicer if someone else who understands knots and muscles does it to you though.Nice little set!

got this for the green thumb device - the other two pieces are a nice bonus. My family likes trigger point work but that can really wear on the thumbs. The green device allows one to apply a lot of pressure without thumb pain;the pressure can be controlled so it can be lighter if desired. For the price point, this is a great deal. Very happy

These tools work great, we have a similar one to the three-ball thing, but the other two are game changers. Being able to apply pressure at any spot you want is awesome. And the thumb thingy works great, it really allows you to get a great grip and apply extra pressure where you need it. This kit will be a huge hit, and it's easy to take with us when we are on the go.
