Pretty Nice Chair
Just assembled this rig and there was some crackling as I was tightening the base connection to the bottom seat which set me for a slight scare. But aside from that I really cant complain about it. Yes theres some give when you lean side to side because the shaft is narrower than most other chairs I've set up but its not too bad. Im only 165lbs so I dont notice is much. The only gripe I have with this purchase is the box came in totally untapped. the mid section of the box was open allowing anything narrow enough to fall out. The instructions said it came with a few washers but those were nowhere to be found. Luckily I had some laying around. The Material is pretty well made and stitched together and the PU leather is soft to the touch it doesnt feel laminated like some IKEA chairs which my old one started to peel after a few months. I like that the chair has some spin resistance when you're not sitting on it. All my other past chairs would slowly spin around in the direction of the the lowest point in the center of gravity which I always found annoying. Also to note This chair has no lean-back feature. There's a tension knob but it doesnt do anything. It would make not to have any leanback support since it reclines but why add a tension knob lol. Great chair and I'll update it to 5 stars after a few months of use.

Broke after 2 months of use. need to be re-welded to use again.
Edit just recently the welds that hold the main bolts to the bottom of the chair have broken off from the main frame of the chair.... i had to open it up to fix it and it needed to be re-welded back on. for a $200 chair i expected the internal construction to be better.

Great chair with some work
As stated in the subject, I had to do a little work to this chair to make it comfortable. Let's start with the good:1. High back which is great for people who are over 6ft2. Sufficiently sized pillows to provide lumbar and neck support3. Back can be reclined all the way to horizontal position with the seat turning it into a decent place to take a power nap.4. Arm rests are placed so they don't really get in the way which is different from some chairs. Now for the bad:1. Assembly. Poor instructions, provided screws didn't match what the instructions claimed. That said, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to put it together and if you've ever put a chair together, you'll do just fine.2. It's a bit wobbly where the chair attaches to the base. This has become an unfortunate reality with computer chairs and this does nothing to change that.3. Depending on your height, the neck pillow can be a little misplaced and uncomfortable. This can be easily fixed with a stick pin or some other way to put more tension on the strap that holds it to the chair.4. Seat is extremely uncomfortable after sitting for more than a half hour. There isn't sufficient padding for larger people (I'm 6'5, 247). However, this issue was easily remedied due to there being sufficient room between the seat padding and the bottom of the seat. You can pull the cushion up a little and shove some more padding under there (I put a pillow).5. The mesh leather. I was really excited for this because I have cats and figured it would be easy to clean in the event of an accident. I was right about the easy cleaning. However, as a heat wave approached, I noticed a serious problem, the material doesn't breathe. So after sitting in it for more than a few minutes, you're wet, the chair is wet, and it's just an unpleasant situation. I fixed this by placing a large beach towel over the back and seat.In conclusion, this is a great chair for it's price if you're willing to put in a little extra work to make it comfortable for you.

Low low quality.
Very low quality chair. Has been squeaking and creaking from day one. Every little movement too. Some WD40 solved that but only for a few months before it starts creaking again. And the arms can’t support resting your arms on them. And I’m not a fat person. I’m 5 foot 9 and I weigh 180 and the chair was supposed to support 200 pounds. I’ve had to tighten the screws and bend the arms back into place far to many times. So much in fact the left arm just snapped off. I haven’t had it a full two years yet. I do sit in it every day but it’s not like I was just laying on the arms or anything like that. It’s too bad too because it’s a comfortable chair. Just very low quality materials used when making this chair. If you want a chair like this get another brand.

Awesome chair
Very easy to put together. Seems nice and sturdy. A ton of adjustability. Very comfortable but not super padded. The adjustable back pad for lumbar support works well for all seating positions. Time will tell if it holds up. Bought for a gift but may pick one up for myself when they are back in stock!

Good chair on a budget
I still use this chair over two years later - it's quality is decent. I use it daily for hours on end. It's slanted a little bit to the left now and is a little too firm for long periods of sitting time without breaks. The reclining feature and pillow are really nice. Another thing that has bothered me a little is the arm rests aren't at 90 degree angles, they are like 95-100 degree angles and it works, but it feels a little cheap in comparison to an executive chair with rigid, bolted arms.

It's decent
It's a good, not great chair. The seat padding is not good if you are over 200 lbs. After a few hours of sitting in the chair, it becomes very uncomfortable to sit it. The other issue I have with the chair is that the base is too small. Leaning all the way back will cause the chair to lose its balance and fall over.On the positive, the material is great, there's a smell, but it goes away after a few days of using it. The item was easy to put together as well.

Good buy for the price.
The chair was easy to put together, connecting the seat cushion to the back was a bit bothering but all in all took about 5-10 minutes to assemble and necessary tools are included. I'm small and weigh only 150 lbs so the support is perfect for me. Someone heavier may need a more durable chair. All in all I would recommend the chair to anyone.
