Tablet size is nice!!
Mix of veggies and fruits is ample. This supplement is a good value versus other more expensive brands. I like the vitamin size and shape. They are not very small but not to large. Easy to swallow.

Works great
This is nice because it has the fruit and vegetables in one capsule.

Great mix of organic superfoods; serving size = 2 tablets, suggested dose is 1-3 servings/day...
I've tried several of the fruit and veggie superfood brands in both powder and pill form. I try to incorporate a lot of fruits and veggies into my diet, but I know I don't eat nearly as much as recommended. Of course, taking a supplement is nowhere near as beneficial as eating the actual food, but I figured this would help make up for what might be lacking in my everyday food choices. I also have the 20 fruits superfood supplement from this brand as well as the 20 veggies & mushrooms superfood supplement. Both have a recommended dosage of 3 capsules per day. Six capsules! And I also take other supplements, as well....Then I ran across this supplement that contains 28 fruits and veggies and even though I might not get as many different fruit & veggies varieties, it would be much easier to just take everything together in one pill... OK, two pills. Well, tablets, really. A serving size is two tablets -- they don't look that great but they don't smell too bad (kind of like hay or grass and I hardly taste anything. They aren't too big and they are fairly easy to get down. But then I noticed on the other side of the bottle that one to three servings per day are suggested! So, six tablets! Yikes!. The label also cautions that the recommended dose not be exceeded. Of course, I don't take that much. Two tablets per day is more than enough for me. The current price of $22.99 for a 60-day supply is of course based on taking two tablets per day, so I find that the suggested use a bit annoying. I appreciate that the ingredients are organic and I am very pleased to note that these supplements are made in the USA in a certified GMP facility. The way in which the ingredients are processed is not provided, so I'm not sure if all of those great nutrients are preserved.

Bang for your buck
It's so easy to get more of the vitamins and minerals that are in fruits and vegetables by taking this supplement. I feel like I don't always have to eat a big bowl of salad full of vegetables and berries.

They don't list the vitamin content. I didn't notice much except for increased acid reflux.
Reviewing: "Fruit and Veggie Superfood Greens - 120 Tablets - 28 Fruits and Vegetables incl. Alfalfa, Barley Grass, Spirulina, Beet Root, Tart Cherry, Non-GMO - 120 Tablets"I was given a sample of this product to try at no cost. This is my first experience trying a supplement like this. I took it for several days with plenty of water, and all I noticed was more acid reflux than normal.I'm curious as to whether there were any double-blind studies done to be sure it's not just a placebo effect? The U.S. FDA does not control supplement products the same way it controls pharmaceuticals. It leaves it largely up to the manufacturer to research and report any problems. I want to be clear that I'm not saying these are a bad product. They may well have benefit for some people. I am not a doctor or otherwise qualified to give any medical opinion on this product and am not implying that here. This is strictly my personal opinion as a lay person. They print a list of the ingredients on the label, which is impressive, but my personal feeling is that I would also like to see a listing of the vitamin content in USRDA percentages along with the ingredients. Look closely at the label - the headings are there, but the information is not listed. They give you the weight of the ingredient in milligrams, but no actual values of vitamins or minerals. I mean, what is the USRDA % of cabbage head, organic pea (seed), or spinach? It reads a bit like smoke & mirrors. I personally feel this label is misleading. Strictly my opinion.I would also like to know what steps are taken to be sure there are no contaminants such as lead, mercury, pesticides, etc.Other people may notice a positive result from taking this. I won't discount anyone else's experience, and I won't tell anyone not to take it. I would only say that it is always a good idea to check with a doctor if you have any questions about taking supplements with any medications you may have been prescribed. In conclusion, I don't think that this product harmed me. Perhaps I'm just an overly cautious person. I am glad I had the experience in trying them, but in my opinion, I probably wouldn't try anything like this again without seeing some solid, scientifically controlled, peer-reviewed studies first.

Best
My family and I like these because they are fruit and vegetables all in one.Easy to swallow and has no after taste. It's hard to find a supplement with bothfruit and vegetables that you don't have to take more then 2 tables a day.Others have you taking 4 or more a day.

Review for: Fruit and Veggie Superfood Greens - 120 Tablets - 28 Fruits and Vegetables incl. Alfalfa, Barley Grass, Spirulina, Beet Root, Tart Cherry, Non-GMO - 120 TabletsWhile they don't tell you how much per veggie or fruit, great selection and collection and what I especially like is the two-month supply vs. the cost.
