A: The door anchor works well.  It is made from foam with a firm plastic core, which give it rigidity.  I use this set when I travel, and it has not failed me.

I dont own a hapbear pull up bar, but bought these for other exercises needing resistance bands. The quality feels good, they are firm and stretch nicely without pinching. Love the variety and the colors help make it easier to know what I am going for at the moment of use. I dont use it for intense working out, so not sure how to rate it on fitness level. I do a lot of desk work and just want something I can do reps here and there with while I am sitting or standing at my desk. I want to keep moving as much as possible and help to tone and tighten as well.
