As found no reasons to not take them daily, other than two advised notices on the bottle's label. First one: "take only after meals". And second: "do not exceed recommended dosage". Why? Perhaps, it's because in combination with the recommended dosage, and in eating three well-balanced meals, you may exceed the minimum daily requirements. For when in season, note that including just a 100 grams (3.5 oz) portion at a meal, it can provide the following RDI nutrition: Vitamin A (from beta-carotene): 26% of the DV., Vitamin C: 35% of the DV., Magnesium: 17% of the DV., Manganese: 15% of the DV., Potassium: 14% of the DV., Iron: 11% of the DV., Calcium: 7%. And it also contains tiny amounts of vitamins B1, B2, B3, folate, copper, and phosphorus. Plus, Pursilane is high in Omega-3's, and ALA, like 5-7 times more than spinach. So, consider all of the above, but also recommend that one really consider taking these capsules over the winter months.

After much research I found that this product was recommended for oral lichen planus, which is an uncommon disease, and took a dermatologist and oral surgeon to diagnose. There is no cure and after taking for several years I find I have had very little problem with it. I told my oral surgeon about it and now he is recommended for his patients. I will also add that in the state of Ca. you cannot purchase it, because of a weird law. Typical for CA.!
