Grayish tint when fully dry. You can always color it to whatever it's bonded to with a little matching paint.

You could, but a better solution would be a wood filler if it is a wood frame.

Yes, works great on porcelain. Smash it into the crack, and then smooth it down against the surrounding surface. A wet finger can feather down the edges.
