Great For The Price
There's a lot of things I like about this watch. The size is ideal for a smaller wrist. It's very comfortable. Battery life is great. I charged it 4 days ago and it still has half the battery life left and I've been putting it through a lot of tests. I own several name brand fitness trackers, so I'm aware of their capabilities. This isn't a true fitness watch. There's no way to have your heart rate measured constantly when working out. However, its selling feature is the ability to measure blood pressure. I compared it against an Omron wrist blood pressure cuff several times and the results were similar to each other. I never got totally off the wall BP readings from the watch. Make sure to have the watch at the level of your heart as recommended when measuring your BP. I wouldn't rely on it for a medical device but it's pretty darn good for a quick check. For the other features, the pedometer works well but be aware on long bumpy car rides it will add steps. The heart rate sensor is accurate. Notifications come through well. I only wish the display was the full width of the face so I could see more text of the notifications and they'd stay on the screen a few seconds longer. The screen is hard to read in sunlight but great indoors. Overall, I would recommend the watch if you want the blood pressure feature that none of the fitness trackers I own (Fitbit Blaze, Gear Fit 2, Garmin Vivoactive) have. It does everything it claims to. It's not perfect but for the price it's pretty darn good.

Received today -- Returned today
This is not good. Once the watch was charged I tried to connect to the Android app from Google Play. My phone found it but it would not connect. You need to be connected to change the time and date automatically. There is not a way to change it manually. The watch is supposed to read heart pulse. That it did and seem to be pretty accurate. The blood pressure is not even close. It was reading 101/60 vs wrist cuff method 157/81. I understand that it is "for reference only" however, it should be closer at least. This watch is indicating that I don't have high blood pressure, which I do and I am taking medication for.So as stated the watch would not connect to the phone app via bluetooth. Also the app is using kg/cm units and I could not find a way to change them to lbs/inches. This whole thing is not user friendly and obviously inaccurate.I did research on the internet for these types of watches and the review I saw rated this pretty good compared other ones compared on the same site. Must be a paid review. All in all received today going back today. Going to stick with "old school" and use BP cuff.

Great tracker.
I've had this for a few weeks now and I'm impressed. I bought the Fitbit Blaze but I had to return it because it was so inaccurate.Sleep time was way off and so was the steps. This one keeps very good track of my steps and sleep time. The time to bed and wake up are right on.I love the idea that it also checks my heart rate and blood pressure. Its very comfortable to wear and you can set up alarms with the App on my Smartphone. Also the battery lasts for about 3 days between charges. The only thing I don't like is that you can't read the time and functions outside in the sun but I think they are all like that.

it fits great for a avg female
I want to first say this is the first product I've ever made a reconmendation on and I shop ALOT for years. That being said I justReally wanted people to know about this watch, it fits great for a avg female, looks great not too huge. I was looking for a watchthat could take my blood pressure, my Bpm, steps, sleep and time, I did not need a bunch of other stuff and THIS IS WONDERFULwill alarm you if your blood pressure gets too high or you have strange heart beats. Man everyone over 50 should get one of these!Hope I helped. God bless all of you😊

better than tom tony's other fitness band.
This is slightly better (but slightly more expensive) than tom tony's other fitness band. I used the 2 together and this one was persistently more accurate in every way. Comfortable and easy to use, the only thing worse about this one is the quality of the LCD, but not too much worse. I think this is obvious, but this is only going to be good for getting relative data -- you're not going to get a 100% reading of calories, heart rate, and blood pressure from bands like these (especially with large, hairy arms like mine). So keep that in mind when shopping.

Ups and Downs
I really wanted to like this fitness tracker. It looks more like a watch than a tracker and that was a plus for me. It is also comfortable on the wrist and the adjustable band is nice. The heart rate and blood pressure reading were fairly accurate but the big drawback for me was that the calorie counter is nowhere near accurate. After a 45 minute HIIT class at 5pm it said I had burned 200 calories all day...very disappointing.

#Know your numbers
I had a fit bit, however it couldn't track blood pressure. I love the simplicity and feel of the device. My Dr. loves the fact that when I go into his office and wants to know what my BP reading are, I have the history on my wrist.
