No Instructions
No instructions were included with the disk, in spite of stating the item included them. I cannot find them on line either. Given what disk is designed to do, wipe a drive, I want to know I am using it correctly.

Does the job. Many erase options.
Lots of wipe options, including one that took 2 days to run. Estimates of remaining wipe time fluctuate a lot during wipe, but who would care?

Followed instructions to the letter (multiple times) and cannot make this Hard Drive Eraser work on my HP Elite Book. Invariably boots up to Windows without ever providing a program dialog. While I mention the instructions, they are very poorly written and in a font so small that it takes a magnifying glass to read. Literally. Likewise, the service line is of no help. Their website does not address the issue, nor does it provide any user instructions in larger print. The telephone service line is a recording that says it is too busy to answer. No timely response to text inquiry. Apparently, this software was discontinued in 2015 and no longer tech supported, according to Fossbites review.

Rediculous!
This software writes and rewrites for hours. If you have a hard drive that has such naughty stuff on it that Mi6 or NSA is going to look at it, throw it in the barbie!

Not layman friendly as promised
Not layman friendly as promised, a degree in computer science would be handy but not being very techy minded it rendered this programme unusable for me.
