What are the exact Ingredients of the gel glue?

There isn’t an ingredient list on description or the pot. This may be one of those things that you could try getting ahold of the company and ask for ingredient list. Sometimes ingredient lists are somewhat proprietary and they don’t have to tell there secret.

Can I use the glue by itself without tips?

Yes you can use it for other things.

Will the gel cure with a painted press on?

I think that may depend on a bunch of factors. I pre-paint my gelly tips. The last set I did with no problems, but previous sets head more issues. And if the polish is dark or opaque, you will probably not be able to cure the gel. If you use a strong enough light for long enough it should be fine, but all depends on the nail polish and what the press on is made of and how you prep a nail.

Can you use it with chrome powder as a 3D base for the powder?
