I bought it to replace my radio alarm so that I can be woken up with soft music before my secondary beeper alarm buzzes.Cons: -This alarm has a radio, but no matter how soft I set it before hand, despite following the instructions, it turns on at the "middle" volume which is really loud, defeating my whole purpose of having a radio alarm.-The instructions are lousy and overly complicated.-All of the buttons are on the top of the alarm, next to each other, and feel the same. The snooze button and the off button SHOULD be really far apart so you don't accidentally hit the wrong one when half asleep.-The white display is BRIGHT. It has 2 settings- blinding and too bright. I bought a dollar store purple plastic folder and had to cut 4 layers of it and stack them to tape over the display to make it tolerable even on the lower setting.-It has an auto-set time feature, just a battery that should remember the time when the power goes out. It can't remember the alarms or radio settings. It lost power briefly last night and decided to re-set itself to a completely random time. Unplugging it to re-start it did not help, it kept setting itself to that incorrect time.I should have returned this right away but would have had to pay return shipping, so I waited, and now am stuck loosing ALL of my $ since it doesn't even remember the time like it should. ### ⭐ Alarm Feature Programming Messed Up *by M***E on December 8, 2017* Had hopes for this clock, but its programming is messed up. I set it for days 1-5, which per the instructions means the alarm will go off during the weekdays. But, it actually goes off Sunday thru Thursday instead. You have to set it for days 6 -7 for it to go off on Fridays, but then it will also go off on Saturdays.I've found no way to just cancel the alarm for a day. Shopping for an alarm clock these days is ridiculous as manufacturers try to incorporate too many features that don't function properly. ### ⭐ Other things that are terrible about this product *by A***R on February 4, 2018* I typically don't write reviews for products, but this product made me so infuriated I had to.The "Smart" set feature on my clock keeps changing the date and time, so that no matter how many times I manually reset it back to the proper date and time, it always changes the time to a completely wrong time within 24 hours of resetting it.Other things that are terrible about this product:1. The alarm is incredibly annoying and loud (which might have helped some people actually, if the time on the clock wasn't so messed up)2. The lights are way too bright and unadjustable3.
