This was a nice upgrade from my old suitcase. It is very light weight and built with quality materials. I did encounter a problem in the airport where the side strap broke on one side. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement and suitcase cover as a small gift! Wonderful and understanding customer service!I also purchased sticker decals to add to the suitcase so that I could easily identify my luggage. I received many compliments. Bonus tip: use vaccum sealed bags to save on space. Both suitcases were considered carry-on's so there was no need to pay for luggage fees.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this luggage for our upcoming weekend trip, I needed an upgrade that is reliable.The hard shell sleek design is stylish and sturdy. There is plenty of room and compartments in this luggage to fit everything with ease. It's easy to travel with because it glides and rotates 360.This hard luggage was exactly what I needed is the perfect traveling companion, easy to maneuver, sturdy but yet lightweight, it has a lock which is really cool, you use the zippers as locks, the wheels are really nice so easy to install.Overall I tell you I picked this out just because it "looked cool" but now an overjoyed that I can get so much stuff into it! I’m also thrilled that it rolls so easy-even a little kid can move it with ease. Great buy!

Great two-piece set for overnight or short trips. I bought the orange set as it was only $50.00 "used - like new". It was actually brand new/never used in the original packaging....what a deal!

I bought the 24” suitcase for my 5 day 4 night trip to Universal Orlando. I thought a carry-on size would be too small but didn’t want a huge one due to 6 of us traveling together. It was the perfect size and quite roomy on the inside.Now for the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The zipper on the inside to keep one side shut is cheap. It does not hold up to tension. I put panties in the closed sipper zipper compartment and with the stress from packet tightly on that side the zipper split. I was able to unzip and re-zip it but had to put stuff on the other side. The other side has the cross straps. They seemed a bit loose but I never looked to see if I could tighten them up.It does NOT expand but I was able to stuff it really well!! It has a combo lock and I liked that a lot too.Worth the buy and I would buy it again!

Have one out of 3 suitcases that the lock will not work. waiting to hear back from the company, to correct the problem. Update...7-1-24 finalilly hear from company, they want to offer me $10 refund of broken lock, cheap product.

I love this luggage! I started off with the carryon set and came back for the bigger size to add for my longer trips. I love that the purple color is easy to spot mixed with the predominantly black, gray, and blue on the airport carousel.The luggage is very roomy, durable and rolls so easily.If you’re looking for good quality luggage at a great price don’t hesitate to buy these. I got this case during Amazon prime days for international travel 3 months after I got it. I specifically got it for the TSA lock accessibility. I went on my trip and when coming home at one point my zipper was zip tie closed. I needed scissors to open my suitcase. When I opened it up there was a notification slip from TSA saying they opened it. When I tried to use the locks they wouldn’t stay locked. I contacted Amazon for help. They said it was out or the ‘return’ timeline which I already knew but was hoping since I got it during prime days something could be done. Nope, nada, no help. I contacted this manufacturer customer service. I relayed the same information as above and they asked for the Amazon purchase ID and invoice. As soon as I supplied this information the suitcase was replaced under the 10 year warranty.As for the durability of this case it made the trip to Italy, had several moves putting luggage in the bus compartment, and then several plane transfers to home. There were very few scratches on the case and the color stayed true. There were no dents either. I will be getting the smaller case to match for carry on luggage for future shorter travel. A very happy traveler using this luggage thanks to the manufacturer customer service.

I travel with family often. Bag weight and durability are very good. The wheels maneuvers as good as any other. Only issue, and is a big one to me, is that a wheel comes off of at least on bag each time they are used.
