The pillow is just the right amount of softness for me and I can sleep comfortably on it all night. I use my regular pillow on top of the wedge (had to prop it up a bit on the top but it works.). It doesn't seem to have any smell at all. Nice quality. I thought the height might not be enough to help with acid reflux, but it does seem to be high enough and it's helping. Nice quality pillow, and I would purchase it again. Suggestion: buy the widest one you can for your bed, especially if you are a side sleeper, and you'll be more comfortable as your arm will not hang off the edge. ### ⭐⭐ Arrived stained and possibly old, at least cover looks new *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on June 22, 2021* For $70 and a local (to the US) manufacturer, I was expecting a higher quality product than what arrived. First of all, it came wrapped in industrial wrap film (rolled over and over the product) instead of a box or even a sealed plastic bag, which was the first red flag.Upon opening the package, I noticed immediately that there were dark stains underneath the cover at the tallest end of the wedge --- after unzipping it, I could see 3 large black stains on the foam. Unsure if some sort of mechanical grease or possibly mold. Tried to clean it off with a paper towel and rubbing alcohol (in case it was mold) and had mediocre results (the photo shows AFTER it was cleaned, it's 1/2 as dark as it used to be). I can see why they say not to wash the foam, because it's soft and crumbly and started to crumble as soon as I tried to clean the spots.In addition, the top memory foam layer is not 1/2" as advertised, but 1/4". I suspect that this foam may be old or possibly used, because the border/edges of the foam are yellowed like they would be on old used foam.At least the cover looked brand new, and as far as smells go, the foam has a bit of that standard foam smell but nothing too bad. The foam itself is very soft (not just the memory foam), I'm hoping it doesn't sink too much. My old wedge pillow that my partner now uses is much firmer, high quality foam for less money --- I bought this one because I needed a lower angle pillow. I wish the other brand had a pillow in these dimensions, because I'd say that brand's pillow is a 9/10 for quality/materials and this one is a 4/10.All in all, not a good experience or product for how much it cost. Buyer beware. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for travel *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on October 10, 2020* I have an adjustable bed at home, but needed a wedge pillow for when we travel to prevent acid reflux. Other wedge pillows I have purchased in the past have been hard as a rock and very uncomfortable to sleep on, so I decided to try this one based on another review that said it was softer, and I am glad I did. It is firm enough so that it didn't flatten out during the night, but soft enough to be comfortable to sleep on. It is also longer than others I have tried, so the edge doesn't dig into my side or bend my body uncomfortably.
