Surprisingly decent
Bought to replace the controller for my Shield TV as the original had packed up and the replacement is hard to find and overpriced. I tried another bluetooth controller, which paired up OK but had terrible input lag making it unusable. This works fine. Just plug the dongle into the USB port, pop a couple batteries in the controller (2x AA's, it works fine with rechargeables), and it instantly paired up and worked exactly as expected. No detectable lag, and the Shield recognizes it as a Xbox controller, so games configure correctly and show the right buttons.Note- don't use the dongle with a USB hub. For some reason, pairing then is unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it just refuses to pair. But plugged directly into the Shield, it always works fine.Feel is surprisingly decent. The sticks are smooth, the buttons aren't mushy or sticky. It's not as nice as a first party controller, but for the price it's not bad, definitely seen a lot worse. For casual or occasional use, it's perfectly usable with Shield TV.

No problem on Linux PC (POP!_OS)
Normally I just play Virtual Reality (VR) games. Then I accidentally bought a game (Fugl) that wasn't VR. Around same time I needed to get a gaming monitor to diagnose an issue I was having when setting up for virtual reality. So I bought a monitor from Amazon. I played the non VR game on it using mouse and keyboard. I had never used a gamepad/game controller before. But as I discovered other non VR games - like the brand new game Stray and another game The Pedestrian - I realized that maybe a gamepad might be easier. But I didn't want to make a big investment, since my main interest is VR games. I also thought there might be a problem getting a gamepad that worked with Linux. I knew that Xbox One controllers were known to work with Linux on Steam and that there was software I could get. This gamepad being made to work with Xbox and at such a reasonable price and pretty good (for the most part) reviews, I ordered this gamepad. I was somewhat dismayed when it was delivered to discover there were no instructions! I had no idea what the buttons and knobs did! But I was thrilled that it worked just by plugging in the USB Wireless Receiver, I guess Steam took care of the rest. I didn't have to do anything else. The good news is that I saw the beginning of a gameplay on The Pedestrian game and realized that just playing that game I would have the opportunity to figure out how to use the gamepad. So I started the game and figured out by trial and error how to maneuver. Some help was given by the game, which was a pure puzzle game - no rush, no accuracy needed, perfect for learning.I can not evaluate accuracy, drift, etc. since I have no prior experience and am still learning how to use it myself. I still don't know what some of the buttons and knobs do. I will wait until I have more experience before I play Stray - I don't want to keep killing the cat!But I will say I am glad I bought this wireless controller. And I will add that I did not write this review in order to get another one - I only need one. This is a honest review written from my personal perspective.

A Pretty Good 3rd party 360 controller
Not bad, overall a pretty good controller. You can tell though it's a 3rd party controller though. The L2 and R2 squeak a little bit when you press them. The controller overall has a nice weight to it.

Works Perfectly on My Laptop!
I’m very satisfied with this wireless controller! It connected seamlessly to my laptop without any issues, and the response time is excellent. The buttons feel solid, the joysticks are smooth, and the overall build quality is great for the price. It works just like an original Xbox 360 controller, making it perfect for gaming on PC. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and reliable wireless controller!

Xbox 360 Controller
This worked great on my xbox 360. I haven't used the xbox in several years and could not find the controller and ordered this one because of the price and fast delivery. It was good quality and I would recommend this to others needing a controller.

No Thanks
Worked well for a while buy had issues after a few months of heavy use. For a cheap controller it's not bad but there's better ones out there.

Dead after less than 24 hours
Edit after replacement: The second controller came in with much better packaging, no visible or physical wear, and after idling for several hours it's still working. I'm very certain the first one I was sent was a refurbished dud, but this second one seems to be okay so far. So I'm raising the review to 4 stars.--------------------------------------------First of all, the box was open and damaged when it arrived. Just a damaged box with half-hearted packaging, the receiver wasn't even protected and there were no instructions. Okay, plug and play, but I should have known that would be an omen. I plug it into my PC and all is working fine AT FIRST, but I look closer and notice scratches on the controller. Alright, whatever no big deal. Then as I'm playing a game, I noticed the up d-pad felt really stiff. That's annoying but fine, I just go back to Amazon and order a replacement and I'll keep using this in the mean time...Day 2, less than 24 hours later, I try to turn the controller on and there's no response. It's dead. Swap batteries, nothing. The controller didn't even last 24 hours. Not only that, it killed one of my rechargeable batteries and it won't recharge anymore. I'm almost certain I was sent a defective used/refurbished controller.Right now I'm giving this controller one star. The replacement is already on the way, if it's better I'll update this review. If not, then I can't recommend this controller and this review won't change.
