It doesn’t disappoint. Made mayonnaise with the stick blender only, mashed potatoes, puree. It shreds meat… Attachments are small push pull so you don’t need the extra bits. Unless you want to grind coffee or spices, I already have a grinder, this was to replace the Bosch hand stick I had before but it out performs that. Yes it is expensive but once you start using it, you will wonder why you didn’t have one before If you like a product that quietly gets on with the job it was designed for, appreciate the craftsmanship and engineering of a product and you want something that is reliable that will last, this is for you. If you want to puree for 10 seconds then get a cheaper brand. If you want a workhorse that can do the job without burning out, this is for you.
