Love this arch support with massage nodes on one side. I could not take the pressure of the nodes against my arches, so I wore them with the nodes against the bottom of my shoe. I still got the support I needed and they seem more durable and well made that the fabric ones I bought from another vendor.

Returned , the arch support piece is too /thin small to be effective and super uncomfortable, now pair the arch supports with the heal cushions and get a greater mismatch. The heel cushions raise your heel level substantially, so the arch is higher than usual with the heel cushion and the arch support is too thin to begin with, even without the heel cushions. More trouble than its worth/poor design/grade assigned: D-

I bought these thinking I could use them for my plantar fasciitis. While using them my feet began to swell so bad I had to stop using them. I don't believe they are the reason for the swelling since my feet are still swelling.

Never had Plantar Fasciitis before. WOW!! I would put it a little below my Sciatica pain. These gel cushions stay put and do soften the blow to the heel.

The heal pads are not very soft as described. I tried them in different shoes, and they are very firm.

It's pretty early to make this review, but so far they seem to be helping. It does feel a bit weird to have these on your feet but does seem to help. The Velcro makes it easy to adjust for comfort. Even though I got the large size for Women's size 9's there wasn't much room left for adjustment.

Did a little bit for my PF but oh my when put on with lotion makes your heels very soft.

Recieved them in the mail and as soon as I pulled them out of the package to put around my foot they broke. Cheaply made! You can get some with better quality at your locoal store or walmart.
