Laguna PF4000 36W Pressure Flo Filter

Excellent product and does a nice job. It is very easy to back flush.

I was skeptical about buying this filter for our koi pond but knew i needed something. All I can say is WOW.. what a difference - even over night! I clean it out at least once a month (it has 5 sponge filters and 'lava-like' rocks for the bottom. I've had it for about 2 months now, and it's still doing an amazing job! Easy to install, clears the water, design is easy to open & clean.

it simply does not work

I have used this in my pond all summer..it works great. Water is clear. However, it will nor prevent algae build up

This is my third Laguna Pressure Flo filter (not at all due to any issues... I just keep up-sizing!). This one has greatly improved grips for cleaning, and the UV light indicator is easier to see. These filters are fantastic, and keep my pond in perfect condition year-round. The cleaning process is SO simple, and the internal components are long-lasting, but easy and affordable to replace when necessary. I would not consider any other brand.

Bought new and great success. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THE USED ONES to save 50%. Tried twice and arrived broken.

The nozzles that come with it are not compatible with 1 1/2 “ tubing. I get constant leaking at the hose nozzles. I bought the 4000 model. You should always run 1 1/2” piping for a unit this size yet the nozzles are poorly designed to accommodate 1 1/2”.

-Using this on a 5000 gallon pond, medium Fish load, and a lot of water plants, the water is perfectly clear, I'm planing on adding some rocks and other elements to decrease the Gallon amount. -Using a Tetra Pond's 4000gph pump as well. conclusion: I recommend this product. -Cons: the product does't seems strong and durable, I'm handling it with care...

Laguna makes the best pond accessories period.

Just got this filter up and running and I am super-impressed. It took me a little bit to figure out the instructions and get it working because I am a wee bit technologically challenged. Once I got the hoses connected there was some small leaks around the fittings, however, a bit of teflon tape took care of any leaks. Together with the Laguna Max-Flo 2400 pump my pond is sparkling clean and any debris is handled very quickly. I haven't had the need to use the backwash feature yet.

This unit cleared my water up crystal clear within 2 days. I had a smaller Laguna and it finally gave out. I upgraded to the larger size and am so impressed. Highly recommend this to any pond owners.

Not working well at all now. UV light does not function.

Works as expected, no issues at all over an entire season.
