SC-D1 Wet, Dry, Polish Cordless Vibration Mop

I'm a floor nut -- the rest of the house can be dusty, but I need the floors clean -- I finally realized that cordless is the way to go, not only for the vacuum but for the mopping. I bought this mop last year but didn't leave a review. Now, a year or so later, I have bought a second one -- one for each floor of my house. It really works as a buffer (which let's face it, if you have a good buffer, it doesn't matter what you put on your floors)... I used to mop my floors with a regular old-fashioned mop, or even steam -- then buff with an Oreck buffer -- but the Oreck buffer was real heavy and didn't get into corners and made the whole operation too time-consuming. With this mop, you simply spray whatever you're using on the floor (after vacuuming of course) -- I have dark engineered hardwood -- then take your time to let the microfiber pads on the bottom of the mop, clean the area, and then buff it. The mop head is vibrating very fast, so any stains or dirtiness on the floor is buffed out. It's clean and efficient and has changed my life. This mop is dependable, holds a charge for over 40 minutes (at least), and does everything I want to keep my floors looking new with the minimum amount of effort. One thing -- as others have said, I never got the sprayer to really work, but that never bothered me since I use different sprays for the floor depending on which floor I'm on and my mood. I mop and buff with my right hand and spray solution with my left. As an aside, the manual is an absolute riot to read: gems such as "Don't keep the machine on or near metal objects"; "Don't stamp on this machine"; "Sweep big rubbish from the floor before using this machine, bullet point underneath: big stuff may get into the machine and cause damage"; and lastly, one of my favorites: "Shocks may occur on uneven surface. It can't be considered as breakdown." Enjoy ! And buy with confidence if you're looking for dependable, long battery life, and good buffer.

VERY EXCITED to get this product. Saw one similar for double the price at a home show. I too am sick of the amount of pressure involved to clean my light laminate flooring. Too much work.I ordered this one. Simple to put it together and tried it out. It keeps cutting off every few seconds. I even tried charging the battery againI would exchange it, BUT, I am worried about longevity. I will buy another brand corded one.

I would give 4 stars for the product itself and the seller 2 stars because the product I received was used. I was very excited about this originally. I have a large dog that slobbers on the hardwood floors and it can be a chore to clean off. After about three months it just stopped working not sure if it was the charger, batteries or what. When it was working it worked ok as long as stayed on top of the dirt and didn’t let it get too bad. I have to give it a bad review because at $100 it should last a lot longer than what it did

It's a little less powerful than I expected but it cleans well and is fun to use. Doesn't hold much water but I can finish my 900 sq ft house without refilling. It does an okay job on carpet but isn't like hand scrubbing.

I bought this mop for replacing my cheap Dirt Devil spray mop and it suddenly shows huge improvements in hard floor cleaning. With my old mop I always have to push it hard toward the floor while mopping, but with this vibration mop everything becomes cozy, and it even provides a better cleaning result. Below are a few pros and cons I found with using it 3 times.Pros- I love the fact that it vibrates and cord free. Sometimes power cord can really become a headache when I try to clean the floor- The vibration gives a visible extra cleaning effect- Easy maneuverability. Basically you can mop with one hand and it corners pretty easily.- Easy control. There are only two buttons on this mop, one on the handle for water spray and the other on mop head for vibration, so no confusion for first use.- Low profile allows cleaning under coach bed.Cons- Vibration button is located on the mop head and my 2-year old boy always want to touch and press it, making sudden activation. And because it's a cordless product, for storage I have to hide it from him.- I would love it even more if it can be disassembled after use for storage

The media could not be loaded. Definitely worth the price! I really enjoy the fact that the Le Coucou can be used on both hard wood floors AND carpets. It has the options of cleaning the floors as well as waxing them (for hard wood)! I've never had that option before with a sweep cleaner. It's also very simple to assemble and disassemble. Everything is very straight-forward and clear about this product.

I love it! Wonderful upgrade for my household. It becomes enjoyable to mop the floor with it. I can use one hand to mop and the other hand holding kindle and reading. Also with this mop, my 8-year-old and 3-year-old are more willing to help cleaning the floor. With so much less effort you get cleaner floor than ever. The cloths are easy to attach and de-attach, also easy to clean. One charge can use 4-5 times for my 3-bedroom house downstairs. You don't really need a lot of water to clean the floor since the vibration really removes the stain and dirt efficiently. I highly recommend it.
