Q: How much does a separate, 2nd battery pack cost?

The battery packs feature a quick release that allow them to be removed easily. A replacement 21Amp-Hr 24V battery pack costs $285.00. The battery pack includes the batteries, wiring, and steel box. We also recommend purchasing an additional charger when purchasing an additional battery pack. The price for an additional 5A 24V Smart Charger is $119.00

Q: The title describes as having the power dump feature. Is this model listed have that feature or is it mis-titled?

Sorry for the confusion. I have re-titled our Overland Carts to provide more clarity to the cart features. The units do not come with a power dump feature, however, the carts are powered, and they do have a manual dump feature built in.

Q: will it fit through a standard chain link fence people gate? and how about service and repairs? anyplace I can see this in person?

Outside of the midwest, we do not have a dealer nearby. We do offer a 15 day return policy if the cart doesn't work for you for some reason. We sell a full line of replacement parts and the installation of those parts is pretty straightforward. At this time we do not have a service person for your area.
