Lago Top Load Hot, Cold & Room Black Water Cooler Dispenser

It appears to be a quality product. It is very good looking and easy to operate.. However ours did not cool the water at all. The hot water worked fine but the cold never worked. We reported the issue and was given a response very quickly even the day before the 4th of July. After the Holiday we did some more test that did not work and they sent me a return label. I sent it back this morning. I wish it would have worked.The water flow rate was very acceptable. The Hot temperature was perfect for Tea according to my wife. The room temperature button worked fine. LOL

I gave this 4 stars only because one of the water buttons stick and has since first use. We are just careful not to push it all the way in. It looks nice and I like that you can shut the hot water button off if needed. This was a replacement for a water cooler I had for 17 years. I don't like the fact that when you flip the water jug you have to make sure it fits correctly over a long piece in the water well. I've looked around since purchasing this cooler and discovered that piece in every cooler I've looked at. So, that is not a complaint with this one, just an update apparently from what my ancient cooler was.

After less than 1 year it started leaking. Very difficult to disassemble and troubleshoot. I did contact organizeddotcom.com, who I purchased it through Amazon from and the got right back to me, said they would stand behind it and send me a replacement. However, after moving the unit to my garage, draining it, letting it dry out, and reassembling the top, I have now used 2 bottles through it with no leaks. Other than this issue, it has been a good cooler.

Mine is not dispensing cold water... Am I doing something wrong?
