Wireless (WiFi) Temperature & Humidity Controller

I have been searching for a controller like this for a couple years to control a dehumidifier in my encapsulated crawlspace. Previously, to adjust the dehumidifier several times a year, I'd have to crawl under the house which was always a hassle but this unit solved that issue.Installing the app, pairing and set up was straightforward. My desire is to control humidity between 50% to 55% and the unit does just that by activating the dehumidifier at 55% and shutting it down at 50%. On past occasions, some adjustments were necessary to these numbers but now, instead of crawling under the house, I simple go the the app.Update 1/22/20I want to add to my review concerning the customer support provided by Auber. I was receiving a poor wifi signal from the controller and even after installing a wifi extender within proximity of the controller, the signal did not improve. I emailed Auber with my situation and in my opinion, Sharron at Auber went above and beyond my expectations in a step by step process in order to correct the issue.Without going into detail, their unit was fine but steps and adjustments were necessary on my end and I'm very pleased with the support provided by Sharron. They definitely stand behind their product!

When I ordered the TH220-W I wondered if the product would live up to it's listed features and justify the price. After spending some time with setting it up and testing I would say Auber has met and exceeded those expectations. Here are my first impressions:- LED read-out is bright and steady as a rock. Impressive considering resolution is in tenths.- Nice design with sealed front panel and sockets on side. Simple three-button input- The sensor is impressive. It can be mounted on a DIN rail and has a quick-release connector on the controller end and plug on the sensor end. Auber says the sensor can be used in high-%RH environments without "crapping out" (many or our customers age / cure their products at 95%+ humidity so we'll see about that claim pretty quick)I had some problems with the Android smartphone application but got quick resolution from the home office in Georgia. The AuberSmart app includes historical data logging and exporting via a .csv format which is great for our customers who want to have data verification for aging their products. Based on the limited Amazon feedback to date and the fact that the smartphone apps have been available for just over a month tells me that the product has been recently introduced so I'll do an update after having more time to see if any problems crop up, Until then I highly recommend this product.

I was looking for a device that can power a device (heater) if a temperature falls below certain level, basically a temperature controller, and one of the important requirements for me was an ability to control the device remotely through the internet. It easy to find the temperature controllers that are not internet-connected, but there is only a few which are internet connected. Ordered one in ~$60 range, that device did not work, the app is no longer available in the Apple store. This product has an amazing app, it does everything it claims to do, and I only ran so far into a small glitch (or inconvenience rather), overall I am very satisfied with the device and I must say it is one of its kind (hence the somewhat high price).

Purchased this Auber controller (AW-TH330A-W) to control a DIY humidifier inside a cabinet humidor. Works phenomenal and I love being able to check anytime from anywhere the humidity and temperature of my cigar cabinet via my phone. Other companies charge a fee to do the same and I can say for certain this was super easy to setup the device and set all the min/max parameters within the app on my iphone. It also alerts you via notifications when temp/humidity goes above or below your parameters. So far I am super impressed and the e-mail tech support is great they respond within hours to any question I had. Highly recommend.
