Awesome recipe book. I love you tube and googling recipes but I'm old school- I love my "old fashioned" cookbooks and as a vegan of more than 30 years- this one is another great one to add to my collection! I'm already making the recipes, especially the desserts! 😋😊

Very nicely put together book. I've been doing smoothies etc. since the 1970's and what makes much of this nice and fresh for me are ingredients, fresh ideas/recipes (and of course better blenders etc). Nice photos. Too many times honey is in "vegan" recipe books and not declared as being not vegan. In this book it is an option for those not vegan. A lovely book for those new to raw goodies, cookies, cakes, smoothies etc. and I greatly recommend.

Quality book, well written with beautiful photography. The recipes are vegan, use wholesome ingredients and look wonderful. Technically, not completely raw as some of the ingredients (like oats, coconut cream, etc...) should not be considered raw. Still, this is a 5 star book!

I made the lemon blueberry cheesecake and the process almost killed my Vitamix. The recipe specifically says to use a power blender but don't, Vitamix blenders do not function well with lots of fats and no liquid. Next time I will use the Cuisinart food processor (in which I had to transfer the rest of the mixture). Made this for a friend's birthday and haven't tasted it yet but it's pretty and looks good.

This is a great book for beginners...lots of detailed instruction and beautiful photos. This would make a great gift!Can't wait to try out the recipes.

This was bought for my daughter. She was very pleased with it and cannot wait to try recipes. It arrived on time and was as described.

Really beautiful book but the edges came bruised and did not look new. It was a gift so this is unfortunate.
