Product works as advertised and arrived on time and intact. Only issue I have is that it's not very solidly built, and requires a little bit of work to ensure the contacts line up. As a result, sometimes the controller doesn't sit in the stand properly and thus doesn't charge. However, this is a relatively minor issue.

When I received it, it was missing one of the contacts, so I can only charge 1 controller at a time.

Cheaply made and doesn't work as it should
The charger is cheaply made, it's not charging on either port, the light goes from red to green in 5 seconds then stops charging. When I use the controller, it works for 10min then doesn't connect to the console anymore. I have to use the usb cable to get the controller to work again.I would not recommend buying this faulty product.
