I bought this as a present for our granddaughter for Christmas. She had just got braces, and we had been using this model for a month and were very impressed. She too thought it was very effective. Unfortunately, at the end of December our water flosser failed to charge. After a number of emails the company replaced the model. Now our granddaughter is having the same problem the flosser is not charging. We have had our replacement for less than a month and it is still working, so we do not know whether the first two orders were anomalies but we are worried that this is not the case.We were right to be worried the replacement is no longer working. Again it will not hold the charge. We would never buy this product again and would advice any respective purchaser to heed this warning.

I can't get this unit to hold it's charge. Either the parts aresomehow getting clogged or the strength of the water stream reduces because the unit loses it's charge after just a few seconds. I've soaked the parts in vinegar, threaded thin wire through the water pick and anything else I could think of to trouble shoot these issues. Nothing works. I would not recommend this product. I am ready to throw it out and buy something else.

Just been using it for a month and so far it works for me. I like the presentation package, classy.Used it only from July to October and it doesn't work anymore. Contacted the company on 11/3/2017 and 11/12/2017 and as of today i haven't received a reply. The product has a year warranty but the company isn't responding. Product worked only for three months. Customer service is not reliable.

I love water flossers! I think I'm addicted to them! This brand is fine as long as it works and that's about 1-3 months. I switched manufactures, and sellers, and found one that is much stronger, has more attachments and hopefully will last longer!

I like the ease of the flosser, with one water fill I am done and my mouth feels fresh. It's amazing even after I floss it seems you don't get out all the stuff between your teeth, (sorry about description but it's a natural process folks). After using it I think my mouth feels really clean, like after you have gone to the dentist and had your teeth cleaned and get that final good feel. I was a little surprised though about the size of the base and would not use it for trips, it would take up to much space like a large hair dryer would, but for everyday use it is perfect!

I was recommended this exact item by my dentist and I’m glad that I did. I have braces and after brushing throughly I still couldn’t get some food stuck in between my teeth. If you have ever had braces you know exactly what I’m talking about.It’s a alternative for flossing your teeth!It also came with a thick plastic carrying case so you can take it wherever you go! The only issue I’ve had with it is that the cap ended up broken and the manufacturer took care of me. I’m pleased with the outcome.

Holy irrigation! This thing is awesome. It comes with multiple tips so I use one for my daughter with braces and one for myself using the same machine. It has REALLY eased the process of cleaning my daughter's expander and between her braces without her crying over the lengthy flossing process. I have problems with food getting caught in my teeth and gums and this gets all the junk out within a few seconds. I cannot say enough good things about this flosser. I wish I would have invested in this years ago.

My wife has been using it for a couple of months or so and is very pleased with it. She developed very tender gums due to chemotherapy treatments and, as a result, found teeth brushing to be quite painful. I used it a couple of times and had no complaints. I still prefer using little brushes to get in between my teeth, but that's just me. I would definitely use this device if I were to develop sore gums. Does what you want it to do.
