Great unit, I’d recommend and purchase again.
I’ve used this stove since November of 2017 and it’s the only thing I use to heat my house. I can’t say I’ve had a single problem with the unit. I will say there is a learning curve to get it to work efficiently. Most of what I’ve learned is from trial and error or from reading the forums online that discuss pellet stoves in general. The first thing I’ll recommend is purchasing quality pellets. Cheap pellets are cheap for a reason. In my experience they don’t burn as hot and you go through them faster. Sample all the different brands that are available to you and take note of the heat they put off and how many hours you get out of a bag at a given setting. Once you find the brand that works best stick with only that brand. Second you’ll need to fine tune your air to fuel ratio. It’s preset from the factory and depending on where you are at and the altitude the factory setting could be completely wrong. The manual says you can’t change it but you can. If the door glass turn black shortly after startup then your air/fuel ratio is off or you need to address your fresh air intake. Third, you need to keep the burn pot clean. If you have a dedicated shop vac with a metal canister it only takes a few minutes and is super easy. Follow the routine maintenance before starting a season and the unit will work great. When setup correctly and burning efficiently it does not create a lot of ash and maintenance/clean up is easy.

Very Dirty!!!
I bought a ton of pellets and burn over a bag a day so 50 bags @ 250.00 to last less than 45 days! Oh you cant pour the bag straight into it! You need a coal bucket to full it..not to mention the ones that fall out the bag and so on (mess) Then, the daily cleaning...they are way worse than a log fire! Soot packs on the door, so when you open it ash falls out into the carpet or brick! Cleaning of the burner (everyday) is also VERY dirty and time consuming! The auto light doesn't light so I use a torch! I'm selling in the spring! Going back to wood!

Four Stars
The auger makes a random squeaking noise, but it heats well !

Love my pellet stove
Love my pellet stove. The only problem was the thin metal decorative strip on the front glass broke first time I used the stove. Doesn't affect the product but kind of takes away the nice appearance of the glass.

Get the flexible chimney material.Much easier to install
The product has do far done well. The electric start is a failure but easy to override. It would be easy to install the next one.Learning as you go is slow.

Recommend!
So far, so good. Easy installation; great heat output; uses way fewer pellets than I'm used to. I recommend!
