I was excited to find Gwar gum that was certified organic the problem is I just ordered this and I looked at the expiration date and it’s coming up expired in April so it’s not very fresh

Got our gluten free organic flour and guar gum. We couldn't wait to try this product. Found this recipe for Orange chocolate chip muffins on her Gluten Free Farina site...OMG, you cannot tell it's GLUTEN FREE. The taste and texture are amazing! Can't use anything else, this product is a must have. My husband loves them.Thanks for making such a fabulous product.

I tried this in place of using xanthem gum. It was very difficult to work with .... it became a blob almost immediately after adding it to water. {Didn't want to add it to soup and mess it up}. It didn't dissolve or mix, it became stiff. I used more water and tried a whisk, assorted other items but it set up like glue. I would not recommend it. Xatham gum gets a bad rap by some but it's my thickener of choice.
