I have no manual on the exercises...how do I get one?

Dear customer, May I send an electronic of the instruction manual to you? Please contact our customer service to get it. TIPS: How to use 2 sessions per day (recommended morning and evening), 3-5 sets of 3 breaths per session (15-30sec) with a few minutes rest between sets if needed.

Is it possible to set the resistance level? And if so, what is the range of resistance possible?

Sorry, our breathing trainer can't set the resistance.Sometimes you might forget to do breathing exercises, our product using for help you do exercise and track that you are making.

Did you use this device by inhaling of exhaling?

Yes, the breathing exercise device is used to train the breathing muscles by inhaling and exhaling. And you can check your expiratory volume with our device.

is the actual training the one where you have to breathe in and out very slowly (like 6-7s instead of usual 1.5-2) ?

It’s an electronic training device. Balanced breathing technique. Definitely not too fast nor slow. The 6-7s about right. Can have connection to computer for printout of progress. It’s a 2-3 week learning curve. Depends what you need it for. I recommend it more for physical, not asthma control.
