Basket Filler Wheat M&G House Newborn Photography Butterfly Posing Pillow Baby Photo Prop 2 PC White

The butterfly poser is better than I expected. I read the reviews before I ordered, and saw some really negative reviews, but decided to order it and figured I could adjust the filling if I needed to make it fuller or firmer. It doesn't need any more added. I'm not sure why people are rating this so low, but perhaps they're not letting it rest and fluff up after they take it out of the vacuum package. It doesn't take that long to fluff up either. It works GREAT for posing newborns and is the perfect size. I love that if has soft faux leather material (not that I'd lay the infant directly on it), and that it's firm enough for posing yet soft enough for the baby to lay on comfortably. The photo I've added was taken about 2 minutes out of the vacuum package.

It's too big for my newborn, not sure how old the babies in the photos are but they look small. We tried using it for a photo shoot and it didn't work for us. She's 8lbs and too small to fit on both pillows. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and offered a refund and apologized for the product not working out. Great customer service has me bringing it up to 4 stars. Really impressed with their contacting us.

I bought this to use for newborn photos after our daughter was born. Product is as described, but nothing special. We found the seam connecting the two pillows (the pillows are attached by a velcro strip) to be too loose to hold our baby as snuggly as was necessary to get the “newborn” pose we were looking for. We ended up not using it and positioning with a Boppy instead. I’d recommend using a Boppy or other pillows that you can position rather than spending the money in this ~ it’s unnecessary in my opinion.

I did use it but when I received it there was a little hole in it so it was all fluffed up already. Since I needed to use it I didn't send it back. The hole in one of the pillows didn't really effect the use of the pillows.

It’s a lot smaller than I expected. And less fluffy. But I’ll just add some stuffing myself to fluff it up more. I like the soft leather like material it’s made of. Overall happy with it.

Wasn’t as fluffy as I though. Going to have to purchase additional stuffing. As soon as the baby laid on it, it went flat. But the material and shape were great.

Even after fluffing the filling and letting it it 'warm up' as instructed, I still needed to add more of my own filling for the pillows to be somewhat firm. The pieces of velcro do not stick together as they should.

Just received this today and I can not wait to get my daughters newborn pictures done with this. It’s not the most comfy thing in the world but it will only be used for photos so I don’t see a problem with that. It also came with a cute little bib.

Looks good for photo props. However, poor quality makes it last for a few days only.
